Time Crisis: Razing Storm Review

Namco bring back aracde nostalgia with Time Crisis Razing Storm. Is the three game collection a bullseye or just out of time?

Time Crisis: Razing Storm

Time Crisis: Razing Storm is actually three games – the main featured game, along with Time Crisis 4 and Deadstorm Pirates. All three lightgun games are full of arcade action, but it's the main game that is the weakest of the three. I suppose that's...

Fun + Three games in one + Actually, Deadstorm Pirates is the best of the bunch

Time Crisis 4 was already released on the PS3 - New gameplay elements in Razing Storm not necessarily welcome - All three titles wind up being short

You might want to wait until it drops in price a few bucks, but this is very much worth picking up.

Time Crisis: Razing Storm

Time Crisis titles have always been the primary attraction of any trip to the arcade in my lifetime. There is just something magical about those cheap plastic light guns and a friend by your side. Now, with the MadCatz PlayStation Move gun accessory...

Time Crisis: Razing Storm is a short and disappointing collection. A majority of the fun is found in the two included titles: Time Crisis 4 and Deadstorm Pirates.

Time Crisis: Razing Storm Review

Time Crisis: Razing Storm can be fun when it sticks to its arcade roots, but everything else in this shooter package misses the target completely.

Faithful arcade ports

Awful controls in FPS mode ; Dumb enemy AI in FPS mode ; Little replay value

While Razing Storm throws around a lot of explosions, color, and movement onscreen, none of it looks particularly sharp, and the environments and enemies look somewhat bland and ill-defined. At least the sound effects are impactful, particularly the...

Time Crisis: Razing Storm

Time Crisis: Razing Storm the first game we've looked at that supports the PS3 remote otherwise known as the PlayStation Move. It's also a game that doesn't need the Move controller and can be played with the standard PS3 controller, although in many...

Only two out of the three included games in this compilation are comfortable to play with the PlayStation Move and that's a bit of a disappointment. The game's that do work well, Deadstorm Pirates and Time Crisis 4 Arcade Version feel just the same as...

Time Crisis: Razing Storm – PS3 ReviewPosted on November 29, 2010 | No CommentsTime Crisis: Razing Storm brings together three games in one bundle which even allows you to shoot a skeleton pirate or two.

Time Crisis: Razing Storm is an entertaining game at heart but just like its coin-up predecessors its worth a few moments of your time to begin with but will never leave an everlasting impression. It’s essentially three games in one package but no game...

Time Crisis: Razing Storm

Time Crisis, the king of light-gun shooters, returns with Time Crisis Razing Storm, an on the rails and first person shooter hybrid with the intent of shaking up the formula. Unfortunately the setup is far too short and bland for a home release; the...

Time Crisis Razing storm provides a brief throwaway thrill before its true colours are laid bare. It's not utterly terrible but it's not far off. However they're fleeting moments of fun in the arcade mode, as well as in Time Crisis 4 and Deadstrom...

load of BEEP!!, they have tried to turn a fun arcade shoot'em-up in to a Call Of Duty type game, doesnt't work in my opinion as the controls are useless. within 10 mins of playing i had put it back in the return envelope and posted it back

Ive been playing this for 2 days now (the full game, not a demo) Its incredible, action, shooting a graphics to drool over. Just like having an arcade shooter in your room. I would recommend the move navigation controller for this game and the...
