Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception (PlayStation 3)

Is it possible to have your expectations raised too high? Uncharted 2: Among Thieves delivered a monumental leap over the first game in the series, and it might be easy to fall into the trap of assuming the same advancements would take place in every...

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune (PlayStation 3)

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is not a game about new ideas. The gameplay can and has been summed up as "Tomb Raider meets Gears of War," and the story plays almost like an unfilmed National Treasure script, which is another way of saying that the Indiana...

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

There is no doubt that when Naughty Dog released Uncharted: Drake's Fortune for the PlayStation 3 in 2007, the industry would forever be change in the way they told a story through games. Gone are the days where you can simply slap together a so-so...

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Review: PS3's Action-Adventure Treasure

Nathan Drake, star of 2009's Game of the Year, returns to the PS3 with a brand new adventure. But is Uncharted 3 the better of the two to get lost in?

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception plays out like a lot of Nathan Drake's discoveries: someone has already been there before him. In the case of this game, that someone is Uncharted 2. Gamers who experienced Nate's extraordinary journey to find Shangri-La...

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

I have a sneaking suspicion that this fall may well represent some sort of nexus in the space-time continuum. It seems like every other game that has come out serves as the end of a major trilogy (or at least the third game in a major series). But...

However, none of these issues really detract from what is an awesome game. Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is a fitting conclusion (or is it? bum bum BUM!) to Naughty Dog's brilliant franchise. I don't think Drake's Deception is as good as Among...

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

Let's get this out of the way, there are some slight issues, like the camera sometimes going off on its own and getting stuck behind walls; but all that seems like a non issue when taking into account just how fantastic Uncharted 3's presentation is.

While it's just fantastic, and one of the greatest melee combat systems I have ever seen, you can just spam the Triangle button and you'll never get hit. When an enemy goes for a swing, you can press triangle and dodge it - but you can mash Triangle...

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Rev..

Deceptively simple, but with plenty of visual flair.

Impressive visuals; Likable characters; Dynamic climbing/combat system

False sense of danger; Constant MacGuffin?s; Loose gunplay

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

I was really looking forward to playing Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.

Uncharted 3 is one of the best PlayStation 3 games to date ... and one helluva great ride.

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Review

When I created PSX Extreme alongside my brother 12 years ago, the last thing I imagined was that I'd have something called a Blu-ray disc spinning inside a PlayStation 3, displaying an image that would absolutely surpass the CG sequences I was used to...

There's only one last thing that needs to be said, and this is going to be one of the shortest conclusions I'll ever piece together. All that can be remains to be said about Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is that it both defies and defines everything a...
