Legends of Wrestlemania (PlayStation 3)

Legends of Wrestlemania strikes a great nostalgic chord but quickly goes flat.

WWE Legends of WrestleMania

Fun and easy to get into at first, but a few lackluster modes keep this from being a top-tier wrestling title.

For grapples and finishers, your wrestler has a small meter that displays their current chain level, which goes up three levels. Each level has their own particular set of grapple moves, and once you hit level 3 you can pull off a finisher by hitting A...

WWE Legends of WrestleMania (PlayStation 3) - Gameplanet Review

A somewhat nostalgic wrestling title that fails to hit the standards set by the Smackdown vs. Raw franchise. Good fun though, even with the simplified controls.

Fantastic roster of Superstars all looking superb. The Ultimate Warrior! Excellent and relevant nostalgic WWE footage included

No Macho Man! Just doesn't have enough substance past the obvious nostalgic value to make you want to play it often

Not bad. Needs work.

Ask 100 people on the streets to name a professional wrestler, and the chances are that most of those who are able to give you answer will list the likes of Hulk Hogan, the Ultimate Warrior, and Stone Cold Steve Austin rather than today's current crop...

Uses a separate game engine to SD vs Raw ; Recreate and rewrite classic Wrestlemania moments ; Many classic names, moves and theme songs in one game ; Can import characters from SD vs Raw 2009 ; Pre-match video packages bring back great memories

Where's Randy Savage, Ricky Steamboat, Sid, Razor Ramon or Diesel ; Some roster inclusions seem unnecessary or wasted ; Can't have SD vs Raw fighter face their younger equivalents ; No choice over what matches you relive, rewrite or redefine ; Doesn't...

Still, it's a decent piece of fan service, and anyone who watched wrestling during this era can't help but raise a smile as the Ultimate Warrior's music hits and he makes his customary run to the ring, or Jake "The Snake" Roberts drapes his python upon...

Too short

I liked the graphics and the scenario. The controls are simple and the plot is great. The only bad point is that it is too short, I did it in a day!!!
