Dead or Alive Paradise

I was initially attracted to the mystique surrounding hanging out with the girls of Dead or Alive while playing decent minigames, building a sort of rapport with them; though I should have known better, as I only felt creepy and voyeuristic any time I...

It’s the DOA girls ; If you’re unsure of how a woman looks in a bikini, here you go

Poorly constructed minigames ; Little fun to be had in interacting with the girls ; Shoddy graphics ; Irritating techno beats in the menus ; Wholly useless gift-giving system is more frustrating than fun

If you have $40 to drop and you’re desperate to look upon the ridiculous proportions of Kasumi, Tina, or Helena, then by all means pick this up; however I might caution you that you can find what you’re looking for (for free) online if you search up...

Compared to its Xbox 360 predecessor, Dead or Alive Paradise presents an appalling lack of content in the limited range of mini-games it has on offer and very few, if any new features worthy of mention. Beyond this, it's a feminist's nightmare wrapped...

Dead or Alive: Paradise

The game better than most holidays, which you can take on holiday

Semi-naked ladies ; Casino minigames ; Overall fun and deceptively deep

Unbelievable (in a weird way) boob-physics ; Lack of variation in everything ; Playing in public will cause massive embarrassment

Dead or Alive Paradise is a sweet piece of cheesecake for a particular caliber of fan--namely, those who long to be whisked away to an idyllic resort with their favorite video game girls, only to play Peeping Tom on a pocket-sized screen. As for the...

DoA Paradise is yet another example of a game that may well make sense in a foreign market but is utterly baffling and bewildering when brought to these shores. As if you need me to say it, if you're keen on seeing some flesh on your PSP screen, there...

Dead or Alive: Paradise, like all games in this horrible series, will probably sell well enough for Tecmo to justify making another one. Such a regressive, unexciting game deserves nothing but our collective scorn: it insults the medium and its audience.
