Arcam A90 Integrated Amplifiers

Having owned both the A85 and the A90, I can confidently say that they are both exactly the same sound wise. Some say the A85 sounds better, but did they really hear both amps themselves in their own system?

Very polite and classy suond. Proper amount of detail, good stero image, wonderful sund all over the spectrum with very good bass and midrange, sweet highs, never fatiguing. Very natural with acoustic instruments, produces the best piano I have heard...

Beautiful sound. Ample inputs which can be individually adjusted and set. Handles two sets of speakers. Handsome visually

Strange design flaw in the balance control which if you ever use will blank out the sound on any other input including the Tape ; Switch around again to other inputs and the sound returns! Arcam have no intension of fixing this as they bring out new...
