Onkyo AVX-690

I purchased this kit from an actual bricks-and-mortar branch of Richer Sounds, specifically the one in Artillery Lane where the service is absolutely top drawer to boot.

Conrad-Johnson Classic SE Preamplifier Preamplifiers

Buying a pre amp has never been on my radar. I have read many reviews about separates and how a good pre amp can bring your system to a new level. I am old school from the Nakamichi days and two track tapes. I have several thousand Grateful Dead tapes...

Pro-Ject Phono TUBE BOX SE 2

The big picture is the most evident thing here, but the finer details are there too, admirably scaled and presented in their proper time and place. A delightful listen!

MARANTZ MA-700 Monoblock Power Amplifier

I use seven of these for my 7.1 systems full-bandwidth channels, and another two bridged (to 600 watts) to drive my passive sub. I use them with an AV7005, which exerts remote control on them, turning them on and off automatically when the pre-pro is...

Technical Pro HPT990 Professional Headphones

Sound is above price range. Very comfy. takes a while to get the final sound. Case is sturdy. They don't fold though, also the earcups don't flip up. So maybe not the best for DJ's. But for amazing sound for the price, great purchase!!

Renkforce E-SA9M

This is a nice small micro reciever that is suitable for people with limited space and a small budget. The real size benefit is the depth of the unit, 14cm, which allows it to easily sit on standard bookshelves. I mainly use it for playing music via a...

Cisco PP-19

This was a good match for the siding on my house. The paint is not too thick and not too thin. Covers well. Not much smell to it. Cleans up easily.

Pyle PPA140 audio amplifier

Its an amp... there isn't much to say. It has clean sound, plenty of power for our needs at a great price. You can't ask for any more than that from an amp.

Antique Sound Lab Line One Preamplifiers

I bought this on a whim to be modified. Unmolested this is a very good pre and bought used a steal. It compares very well to my modified Bottlehead Foreplay II. Bass is taught, mids(voice) are to die for, and the highs are snappy without sibilance. A...

Look, we know it's $2500 - but that's OK. Some people want to spend good money on a quality two channel system. With the PMA-A100 you'll spend a good deal of money. But you'll get a REALLY good two-channel system as a result. If you have the money,...
