Expensive compared to VERY similar VSX-2021 ; No HDMI through with Sky+HD set top box

Superb overall sound, worth spending the extra over Pioneers mid priced amps. Awesome auto callibration needs very little tweeking

Found setting up Sky HD over complicated although Pioneer does offer help for this on thier website

Fantastic sound and a huge array of features including iPhone/iPad control

Absolutely superb digital surround from films. Solid and precise. control through my TV remote when connected via HDMI. Finding all the functions on the remote control and setting the system up was tricky at first, but easy to use once you get going....

Treble can be a little bright when listening to music. Had to tweak the bass settings a bit, but a minor gripe, and probably down to personal preference. Mine did not come with any wireless functionality, and requires a separate dongle. Disappointing...

A fantastic stereo unit, excellent features and functionality. Sound amplification and video upscaling are top grade

1) its a big box! - make sure you have enough room for it ; 2) the manual+ease of use are marked down because its complicated to set up and utilise all its functions purely as it has so many ; 3) remote - not easy to program
