Pro-Ject DAC Box USB review

Pro-Ject's £140 DAC Box is a no-brainer for anyone playing music from a computer

Energetic sound with sufficient insight for toe-tapping enjoyment

Not the most detailed and bass can be a little vague

Pro-Ject DAC Box USB review

The Pro-ject DAC Box USB is a truly tiny box, just 10cm across, but there is still room for three inputs

Tidy dimensions, sturdy build ; choice of inputs ; neutral, reasonably open sound

Not as loose-limbed as some ; the very finest details elude it

There’s plenty to enjoy about the Pro-Ject, but we think you can do better
