Radio bought for Emergency Use after Hurricane San

I bought this radio to use in the event of an emergency when the power is out. It is small and fits almost anywhere. Sound is clear and crisp.

Great little radio for the price when using the built-in speaker.

I bought this model for my mother to use while she was in hospital. It appears to be the most robust of the portable radios in its price range and the controls are all simple and reliable with a good feel. The tuning dial is a good size and easy to...

Great little radio!

I'm no Audiophile, but I do like Sony radios. I've had a few car stereos and a couple of home ones, and they all have done a good job - good reception and decent sound (noticeably better that other radios I have had), which is all you can ask for I...

Great reception, decent sound for what it is, good battery life, cheap

Perfect for a BOB bag for that SHTF situation!

I have two of these radio's and they would have to be one of the most solidly performing personal radio's available! One is wrapped tightly in its own Faraday cage and put away for the SHTF situation. The other has come on countless fishing trips with...

Reliable, good battery life, light, well engineered, cheap

Only comes in black, silver available overseas...
