My Speakercraft 1265 amp did exactly the same thing, and the installer told me that there is no support or ability to fix it. The amp lasted 6 years and saw very limited use in a multi room audio set-up. What a piece of junk.

The BB1265 is a multi-channel amplifier that has been designed to meet the needs of the most demanding home theater and multiroom applications. All of the custom friendly features of our stereo amplifiers are included. In addition, the models feature independent level controls for each channel for maximum control. Adjoining channels are bridged for extra power at the flip of a switch to give you the extra output you need. Each channel has its own protection circuitry, shutting down only the troubled area when needed for system safety.
