This product is terrible. It works on its own time. Somedays it is fine, others it is impossible. I would strongly recommend looking for an alternative. This product is so bad I'm posting my first review ever!

The item is small plastic housing with an extendable metal antenna. The transmitter actually picks up the remote's Infrared (IR) signal from the side without the antenna on it, not the front, that has the IR logo. AR explained the manual was in error....
