I see some people have problems with the arm breaking, I have been using mine without any issues for 4+ years now. I get anywhere from 2-3 dozen calls a day.

Broken Lifter Arm

The remote lifter arm ceased to operate, thus the headset acts as a speaker only. The unit is a waste of money.

Wireless, easy to install, decent range and audio clarity

The adheasion pads that hold thehandset lifter inplace are weak. The audio gets distorted at higher volumns and in the upper and lower frequency bands
