Bought this to replace on older 550 harmony remote. Did not realize you could not customize this nearly as much as the other models. My own fault for assuming the remote would have what I expected from the Harmony name. If you need just a basic remote...

Cheap. Simple

No where near as customizable as other Harmony remotes

Win7 users avoid this

Lots of buttons

Buttons don't work until you program it, which I can't seem to do on Windows7. Google searching indicates this has been a problem with Logitech for over TWO YEARS. Followed online tech support, typical useless "restart computer" stuff. Looks shiny,...

Works great for me!

Great price, Works GREAT for me!

Programmable! Yes, it is not the most intuitive interface. But, if you are tech savvy, it is logical. Was able to consolidate all four remotes I had. My 40" TCL LCD TV would not program in an of my "universal" remotes. BUT, it did in the 300! I have my...

Only supports four devices. I may have to upgrade to a six device harmony in the future to support my home theater and bluray

Very Happy

Very happy with this remote, refurbished but I don't think it was ever used. Using it with a TV, receiver and sending commands to my IR receiver on my HTPC controlling Plex ; Web interface to program remote is very straightforward and intuitive

Excellent purchase!

Use the WMC SE as a device to control your HTPC. If the devices don't get assigned to the button you want then back up and install them in a different order. I always wonder how the egg has so many refurb units and buy them 'cause it's usually someone...

Does as expected - controls 4 devices and the setup via the web went easy. Works great w/my Rosewill MCE's IR receiver

Some complain about its limited functionality and only 1 "macro" button, but this is not a high end unit... it has one macro for Watch TV. The layout of the main position keys could be more pronounced as it can be difficult to locate them without...

Works as expected

easy to find buttons, very cheap, easy to set up once you figure out the stupid website

every now and then it seems unresponsive for some reason

Worst purchase from Newegg by far

I knew it was a refurb when I ordered it, but I never expected it to arrive in such sorry shape. It was covered in greasy finger smudges and food splashes . It came with no batteries or ANY instruction of any kind. I got on Logitech website and...

Kind works, but only with few functions, after spending almost 2 hours to set it up

Arrived filthy dirty - you need Lysol to disinfect it first ; No instructions at all - not even a piece of paper telling you to go to the correct website (see below) ; Have to create an account with Logitech just to program it ; Slow response ; Not...

Great Bedroom Remote

I have a Logitech Harmony 880 that I use for my main home entertainment system. Once you get hooked on using a Harmony remote you just can't go back to using a standard remote control.

Inexpensive ; Super easy to setup via USB & Internet connection ; Supports everything w/codes frequently updated online ; Very good look and feel, easy to find buttons by touch ; Easy to reassign any button to any function ; Good battery life

Only supports 4 devices and doesn't make coffee

Works great

Very easy to set up. Recognized my DVR, BluRay and TV right off the bat. Easy to program keys on the remote to perform a specific function that is available on the original remotes

Harmony 300

Great remote for under $20. Over $25 might find something similar that programs more devices and has backlight.

Attractive, easy to setup devices, and plenty of buttons either automatically programmed or you can assign functions from website. For under $20.00 can't imagine a better remote. Love the website for setting up device, just drag and drop the function...

No backlight for buttons, only 4 devices programmed, all buttons similar in size so hard to distinguish each of them without practice. Mine is refurbished and cosmetically looks new but the favorites which are number buttons 1-5 couldn't be programmed...
