Universal remote

This Logitech 515 universal remote is quite simple to use. setup is via your p.c for all components including free to air t.v and pay t.v channels . keypad is somewhat small, but has a 'backlit button glow' this visually helps navigate to pen all via...

Certainly good if you don’t have all in 1 s t box from austar which allows austar remote to access all t.v free and pay.

The small control buttons and if details on buttons worn off if not wishing to use if in daytime.

Having tried a universal remote before and finding it to be about as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle, I was skeptical and thought I'd be using the old remotes as backups. The Logitech is easy to use and intuitive to set up. Everything worked first...

Brilliantly simple to use, intuitive software, huge range of supported devices, dirt cheap.

No much. Sometimes gets a bit 'confused' if a component is turned on or off manually, but a small quibble.

Would be great if you have a simple set-up. Ie TV and a DVD player etc but we have two satelites, one for free to air TV and one for the Foxtel plus a hard drive and a blue ray player and no matter how hard I try or how many settings I change or add or...

Good in theory. Can customise the setup up.

If you have a complicated set-up, ie a few different satelittes, hard drive, Blue-ray etc it doesn't work.

I like this remote, worth the buy for myself as a christmas gift. I had it for a month now and love that one button and my TV, set top box and Bose sound system all on. Plus the same turning every thing off. I've a couple of thing to set up with the TV...

Been able to have the one remote and it was on sale for $50.00 below the RRP won me over.

Having to use a computer and internet connection to setup and make changes a bit of a joke.
