This remote works great. It is useful for presentations but I also use it for computing while on the treadmill. The only issue is that you need to practice a bit to get good at hitting your target (if you go for a small icon and click on it -- it is...

The unit works well - it required no installation on OS X and was easy to setup and use

need to get used to remote mousing to avoid overshooting your target

This is the first remote I have purchased for powerpoint presentations. I feel that this will allow me to move around the room and not be teathered to the computer when giving a presentation. The laser pointer feature is also nice. The device is both...

Relatively low cost. Makes powerpoint presentations run very smoothly

Could be slightly easier to activate laser pointer, remote could be slightly smaller

For the price this is a great presentation remote. The size is great and the versatility in terms of functions is most everything I need. The mouse control is good but takes a little getting used to. I wish it had a little more range as it isn't quite...

Works with iTunes for music switching, lots of buttons, good range (~25 feet/8 meters), not infrared, no software needed

This is a very nice unit. It works easily and a advertised. The unit fits well in your hand, but the slide advance does not "click" or let you know instinctively that the slide has advanced. This control would seem more natural on the front than on the...

Buttons not entirely intuitive, slide adavance slightly awkward

I am very pleased with the style and comfort of the PRUS2 presentation remote. It has excellent range and works extremely well for powerpoint presentations, allowing the presenter to move freely around the room and still control the program.

Very easy to set up with any computer, laptop or desktop. Comfortable to hold with all controls very accessible

I am using the remote on an iBook with OS X 10.3.2. It worked instantaneously. No configuring required, once the receiver was plugged in the remote guided the mouse right away. The "over"-sensitivity takes some time to get used to. It is very much like...

Works as described on Mac OS X

Utility to program different buttons is confusing but still in beta testing. Power off is not intuitive

I picked this unit over the competing unit from Kensington because it was $10 cheaper at my local Apple Store and it offered more features. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and the product works as advertised. I don't use any of the PC features, but...

I recommend this product for anyone giving powerpoint presentations. It it a reliable piece of equipment--and easy to use when you are standing up in front of a lecture hall full of people and cannot be worried about the remote in your hand.
