Great remote! Very happy!

I read the reviews stating it's cheap and the buttons are hard to press, but in my experience this remote is fantastic. The quality is better than I had hoped for and I have had no issues with it whatsoever. Works with WMP and XBMC, and Xbox 360....

Slim, ergonomic, very affordable, works great for pc or Xbox

I'm hard pressed to find a 'con' but I suppose the clear IR LED sticking out of the end makes it look cheap, as opposed to the smoked window most remotes have.. Nothing's perfect but no lost points

Is this the best?

It works most of the time

At least once a day I have to disconnect the IR dongle from the USB port and plug it back in. I have spent considerable time looking into this issue without success. I also had to tweak the registry to map the green button to the windows key as...

Works well in Windows

You can customize the buttons in Windows 7 (at least) by editing the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HidIr\Remotes\745a17a0-74d3-11d0-b6fe-00a0c90f57da It maps the remote key numbers to PS/2 commands. They come in...

Works right out of the box, all buttons perform their listed function

The included USB extension for the IR receiver is way too short. Include a 6-footer in your cart when you buy it and you will be golden

Great media center remote

One of the better WMC remotes I have found. I have an older version of this remote and it has been perfect. Ordered a 2nd one for a new HTPC I built for the bedroom

Has rosewill logo on the front of it, which my old one did not... Not a huge deal, just that picture doesn't show it

Small but works well

Everything works, decent range, positive responses, bought on sale for a good price. Does everything I've tried in BeyondTV, as well as Media Center

Every remote control takes a little getting used to, but still I suppose it would be handier for me if it was a little bit bigger

it's alright

i have an older model rrc-127 that is basically this remote with a few differences. 1) spacing between the arrow keys 2) slightly wider, but not much 3) it lacks the red, green, yellow, blue buttons. (i wish it had those) 4) circular play/pause/etc...

works like it should

buttons are small. arrow buttons are small and close together, no spacing between them. makes it a chore to press the button and not hit another button

Aweomse controller for Windows Media and XBMC

I got this on sale for just ten bucks! I would not recommend paying anything over twenty bucks on this controller. With that being said..it is definitely worth its price. No...it's not an expensive Logitech remote with customizable buttons or touch...

Quality build with plastic ; Buttons are solid ; Design is simple but works ; Small foot print controller which fits in one hand and one hand operation ; Plug and play..no need for 3rd party drivers ; All buttons are mapped very well for use ; I love...

I know it's just a cheap remote for Windows Media and/or XBMC but I would of loved some customize able buttons and maybe a little touch screen

Good size and weight. Responsive and inexpensive

Although it is designed for Windows Media Center, I was hoping it would work with other apps and sites such as YouTube and Netflix. Also, it tends to power on my Xbox 360 yet doesn't do anything else with it

Small, flimsy, difficult buttons

Buttons for basically all WMC functions ; Plug 'n' play - no 3rd-party drivers, no config required

Small, flimsy buttons are difficult to press and hard on the fingers ; Buttons wear out quickly, requiring harder and harder presses ; The playback controls are at the top of the remote, but the contour of the bottom of the remote fits best in the...
