Works fine with a Sigma SD14. Very simple, does not "eat" batteries, and the working angle is not too narrow.

The RS-31 is excellent. The leather pouch holds it securely and has a small "belt loop" to fit on your camera strap ensuring it's always with you. Very convenient when you want to do a group shot and be in it. Can be set to shoot instantly or three...
