Our existing remote started to breakdown when the buttons would no longer response. Also the battery compartment didn't fit properly after the tabs that keep it secured at the back broke off.

Arrived promptly & had good communication from the seller - however you must note that they e-mail you in German so you need a phrase book! However, I am really pleased with it!

Bought this as a replacement and wished I'd done it sooner. Nice to have all the functions working again. Prompt delivery.

Our original remote didnt work very well

After trying cheaper remote control replacements which just didn't work very well, decided to buy the original again. Pricey but worth it !

My daughter managed to stand on, and break into two separate halves, her original remote and, unsurprisingly, sellotape did not provide the answer!
