Works fine as described. the only issue is that is usses the same semi circular connector as the video/audio out that I use for monitoring. Does anyboby know of a T piece? It even comes with s soft storage bag.

Not much use WITHOUT a tripod but a decent product even though I would've preffered a remote control that doesn't require you to connect through the A/V socket. Make sure you have a TRIPOD before purchasing this to get the most out of it.
