Works great

Purchased the Bad Elf GPS as an add-on for our iPod Touch to allow us to play Wherigo (part of geocaching). Works fantastic. Easy installation. Relatively fast lock on GPS signal and really good coverage when we compared it to our other handheld GPS....

Accurate, Lightweight, Great Customer Service

The first "Bad Elf" GPS unit I received quit working within a few days but after contacting customer service at the company and attempting a few suggested fixes, a replacement unit promptly arrived along with pre-paid mailer for returning the defective...

Works well. Somewhat flimsy

The device works well but it comes dislodged from the connector very easily. I also have concerns about it breaking off with any impact. nonetheless for $100 it works great and I recommend it

Don't buy this! Get the XGPS150!

I ordered the Bad Elf before I had heard of the XGPS150. A few days after ordering I ran into a guy at the airport who was using the XGPS150. After chatting about it for a few minutes, I decided to cancel my Bad Elf order and order the XGPS150 instead....

Poor Quality, Never 100% Lock On

After reading the glowing reviews, I thought this was a sure-fire hit. It wasn't. Tried it on my iPad2, and it only "sometimes" connects to the iPad-- you have to unplug then replug it back in gently and fully for it to register. If you slightly bump...
