Do not buy this unless you are in an area with very good reception. It is a very low sensitivity receiver. I had to bin mine and buy the dearer, but much more sensitive and better featured Metronic Eco Zapbox.

Every night the box goes into standy mode and you must physically turn on the box if you want to watch tv. This means you can't TIVO any shows while on vacation. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Had this for a few years. Works just fine to record what I want, when I want it to. Highly programmable. Just wish it had more space than 100 hours but then, that may just be the user pushing the limits of the storage. *wink*

I pulled the connector off my Nexus antenna pulling it through a hole in the wall. I couldn't find just the connector at all. Radio Shack had the antenna alone for $50. I paid $30 for this whole kit. Good to have the spare parts.

Don't but this radio if you like sports. You can't store your favorite NFL or College teams and it has no game alerts as did the older Starmates. You can't store NASCAR drivers etc. This radio has went downhill from the previous Starmates.
