I bought this Directv Satellite Receiver instead of "leasing" one from Directv. I was not charged any extra fees by Directv, as I have been a good customer for 15 years, nor did I have to extend my contract w/Directv. It was not difficult to change...

The receiver was exactly the same as the one I purchased from DTV but at a much cheaper price. Came with cables and remote and installation was easy.

My LG Slider 3G phone went from 1-1.5 bars to 4-5 bars almost immediatly. It would still drop to 3 bars from time to time but I can now get to Google and the internet. The internet also loads at least 3 times as fast. I will see over time if it holds...

Unit arrived in no time and worked just as I hoped it would. It came with all the accessories and remote.
