After a few initial hassles with set-up, mainly due to husband not reading instructions!!! the box is working brilliantly, easy menus and plenty of googled hints made for a great item. Price is half what I would have to pay in our local shop too.

Item fine, delivered very quickly, but the HDMI lead stated as included by the user instructions was missing, replaced by a SCART lead. So to get HD you have to buy a HDMI lead. Beware of the con; its not as cheap as it looks!

I must say this is a great bit of equipment. Good selection of channels,works very well. I used HSD Services to install for me. Great service and a good price. You can find there website by typing hsd services into google.

I find it to be very good,after using it the colour better than the sky box it replaces
