I don't know if the product was faulty, or it just won't work with Windows 7 (Ultimate Edition), either way, wouldn't recommend it.

Great product, but was faulty and i have to say i got a full refund no problem.

It could detect no channels at all, even with the home's areal. Perhaps it was related to my area or areal (I could not see TV channels with a digital box either). I returned the item.
