The unit is adequate for its purpose, but the supplied scart lead is flimsy and only 80cm long, several of the remote buttons (including the red button) are fiddly at only 4mm wide, and you have to press three different buttons to get on-screen...

This product consistently couldnt get all the normal channels (eg channel 4) in my area. When I used an older Goodmans model it worked fine and received all channels straight away.

Pretty good at first....

 

Pretty good at first....

Then less than 4 months of having it, stopped working. Picture froze with software box on screen saying "no signal" Now there is no picture or menu or anything. (unit is plugged in smartscart to SONY WEGA tv)

Freezes on E4

Picture and sound quality on terrestial channels were a big improvement over previous box....but then we switched to E4 and it continually switched on and off and would not respond to the remote.
