The previous recorder we had (Sony) was better than this one. Easier to install, and graphics were better, I thought this one would the same, but no. Next time I must stick with the "devil you know".

easy to set up and use

some of writing on the menu is difficult to read, i think its the white writing on blue background

large hard drive, surround sound output, looks smart, easy to set up

boring simple display, noisy on start up, sound is quieter than our tv
