It arrived. Contacted sky - thought it sorted BUT still wont record etc . TV engineer coming out Nov 15. If not successful will claim money back + engineer's fee. DISAPPOINTED!!!

My old box broke down on me.I took a chance on a sky+ box and glad I have.It seems to work perfectly well even though unfortunately I need another feed to be able to record programs.That's not a problem.
