So much promise but...

OK I have had 2 pvrs now and this unit is the current one. Had a Wintal as 1st pvr-yuck, what a rubbish unit! This unit came 2nd, so nothing to beat. It has been generally a good unit with some problems - freezing at least once a week requiring full...

generally good performance, clear screen, fast to respond, twin tuners the best feature

freezing at least once a week requiring full power disconnect, menu ok-ish, epg hit and miss, limit on number of shows you can schedule, usb will always freeze, sound sync/loss on playback sometimes

Very easy user friendly menu for recording or navigating settings.Nice size unit which will fit in any cabinet were a video recorder or DVD use to be.Can plug USB flash disks in the front port & watch movies downloaded from a computer in nearly any...

Aux input to record from a external source like foxtel box

Very low volume out even when on 100%.Have to increase volume on TV.
