Great printer

I have had 2 of these printers and they are great. I cant believe the bad reviews on this printer. People say that they are expensive to run well maybe they are if you use Canon inks. We use them in our office to print all day long and they work fine....

Expensive to run

I've had this printer for almost two years, but I've only recently discovered, in printing a fair amount of word documents, that the printer primarily uses the colour cartridges to print black and white documents. Furthermore, the printer is unable to...

Very disappointed with MG5660 purchase

Just purchased this printer thinking it an upgrade to wireless from my cheaper but reliable MG5150. Absolute pain to set up and after wasting hours and everything else in the being house wireless, still can't get wireless on printer to work. Resorted...

Don't understand the problems people are having.

I brought my Canon MG5660 printer and followed installation instructions exactly. Result, it works perfectly. I have two computers connected through Wi-Fi and both pickup the printer. If using through Wi-Fi then following the instruction on connecting...

Constant error messages

So disappointing. I bought this Canon after my previous very reliable and straightforward Canon failed after a power surge and expected that this model would be a good replacement. At first it didnt register on the computer but that was fixed after...
