Low price. Flatbed and ADF. 9 OneTouch scan destinations. Good OCR performance when switched to grayscale mode

Slow in scanning to searchable PDF. Abysmal OCR performance at its default OneTouch setting

Nice Upgrade


I purchased this Xerox DocuMate 3220 to replace a Xerox DocuMate 515. The 515 still functioned and was used daily but would jam frequently and require turning the unit off and on. This 3220 is a nice upgrade and makes me wish I had upgraded sooner....

Sturdy scanner


It scans letter and legal size documents...what else can I say?

OK Scanner


The scanner works well with new paper. Older paper jams the works. The software has some problems, About one of five pages scanned is turned 90 or 180 degrees from the way it was inserted. I'm not sure why it does that but it required I open each file...
