The scanner is good but the software just won't work for more than two weeks. Dymo can not provide any support for their software, even to get it activated.

When the software is activated and working it does what it says

The software activated, and then two weeks later it says it wasn't activated. It took 45 minutes to even get someone on the phone. She spent another 30 minutes telling me different key codes that wouldn't activate. Still don't have software working

Works well but some issues

I would have been happier if Dymo was easier to release that the software does not work well with Lion. I spent 4 hours total on the phone 3.5 hours of it were on hold im sure, just to find out i needed an update. shame on you dymo.

I think it works well. It scans the card quickly and is pretty good about reading what is on there and applying it to the right areas. The OCR function works well. Software works well with mac os X lion

HUGE con...the software it comes with is NOT compatible with Mac OS X Lion. I had to call 4 times before someone told me that and sent me a link for the new software version which works Amazingly well. Sad that support is pretty bad for this device as...

Great machine while it lasted!

I used this machine about 1x a year for five years. It was great - clear pictures, accurate extraction of data with very little need for manual corrections. It is true, they had a cloud service and got rid of it. Given that the machine is super...

Quick, accurate extraction of numbers and names

Expensive, cloud service eliminated, scanner died after 5 years, 5 uses

Dymo has recently ABANDONED it's "cloud service" feature which allowed you to sync all your work and home devices via their website. While that service was excellent, and while they certainly could have charged for it, they elected to stop the service....

Price remains high but Cloud service has been abandoned

Very Frustrating Product

I bought this hoping to use a vacation day to scan a few hundred business cards. What I have so far is a few hundred dollars and a few hours down the drain. You can not use this product until you activate their software. However the installer informs...

The software loaded with ease, the unit plugged it and worked, simple as that!
