Kodak i2900

The Kodak i2900 document scanner combines a fast, high-capacity automatic document feeder for letter and legal size with a letter-size flatbed suitable for book scanning.

Fast. Duplex. Includes flatbed suitable for book scanning. LCD shows profile names for one-button scanning

Some options in the driver are unnecessarily unclear. Can define only 9 profiles

Kodak i2900 review

When a run-of-the-mill flatbed just doesn't cut it, is this the scanner you should turn to?

Very fast ; Good at scanning books ; Robust build quality ; A relatively small footprint ; Duplex scanning option

Expensive ; Not Mac compatible ; Only nine presets possible ; A3 scanning costs extra ; Some options a little unclear

Overall, this is a very impressive piece of kit. It's great to have two different methods of scanning, and the 'book edge' feature works better than on any model we've seen so far. Performance is strong, and the i2900 is incredibly reliable. Our only...
