Good unit

I bought this scanner to replace the same one that suffered severe damage in an accident at home. Even though it is a refurbished unit, it looks and works like a new one. If a flat bed scanner for basic needs, this is the one to buy

Fast shipping from newegg.com...as usual. Real nice price. Works with Windows 7 64 Bit with zero issues. Scans drawings, photos and documents with ease and good quality.

Horrible Scanner

I guess you get what you pay for, in this case a manufacturer defect that isn't covered by their warranty. Never going to purchase Epson again.

It scans.

After a month developed grey spots on the inside of the scanner glass. I wouldn't even give this 1 star if I could.

Finally, a (just) scanner that works... and well!

Needed a scanner that was faster and a better quality than my previous scanner that supported newer OSes than XP. Having XP x64 support was a big plus with this one because two of my computers run XP x64!!! I did not get the slightly more expensive...

Scanner was easy to install. Supports everything from XP to Win7 x64 including XP x64!!! Doesn't close TWAIN window in between scans (needs to be in professional mode for this to work) when running batch scans!!! Scans 300 DPI images in less than 15...

None so far, unless you want to complain about it not having a multi-page feeder, but....

Golden Service

Ordered late on a Sunday evening delivered on Tuesday morning some 200 miles from Eggquarters Service doesnt get any better then that.

My ex kept my previous one so I know the model it is very good value

Great scans for the price

Checked the tracking number, says it will be delivered on Monday. Surprised to see it at my door on Friday! Great timing as I really needed this scanner for the weekend. Way to go Newegg! A final thought: Ever notice the guys with the high tech level...

Can't beat it for great scans for web work at a relatively low price. Installed easily on Windows 7 64 bit. Just download the drivers and software from Epson, install, plug in the scanner and start scanning. All this accomplished in about 5 minutes....

The right side hinged lid is really telling you to place it on the right of your work space. Kind of awkward to have it on the left as the cover seems to block putting things in to scan. I like it on the left so had to place it horizontally so that the...

Another great Newegg experience!

I would absolutely recomend this product to anyone! It was simple to set up and works beautifully. The price was great too!

I had no issues setting this up on my 64bit Windows 7 system. I went straight to the Epson website, downloaded the newest appropriate drivers, and was scanning 5 minutes later. Everything was simple and the scans look beautiful!

The device has a pretty big footprint, but I have plenty of space so it isn't a problem.
