Good scanner, no development kit, awful service

Bottom line is Fujitsu 3-5 business day response for service makes it clear they are not intending this product to be used in a business environmnet. With only a 90 day warranty they arn't very confident in their product. No depot service option, and...

It does scan front and back in 600x600 color single pass, has touch screen and keyboard and comes in a network version. I had high hopes for this to be part of our electronic document management

There is no conumer available development kit that I've been able to locate. After only 5 months in service, 1 of my 2 units won't boot. Tech support thinks internal HDD. $500 minimum service + $62.55 ea addl 15 min + $100 travel. Only 90 day war
