We have had this scanner for 1 year and it came up with an error message that our computer tech cannot fix so it sits on the desk and gathers dust. It is very slow to warm up, but scans fast after it finally warms up. Sure was a lot of money to pay...

I have one of these scanners to use at work and am now considering one for home use. I generally use the Adobe software and ask to create a .pdf from the scanner. Incorporates a nice, broad flatbed surface and a strong feed for multi-page documents....
