It worked for a short time.

First operational experience with the device was good. Subsequent use has proven problematic. Extensive reading of the instructions and trouble shooting have not corrected the problem.

scammed by scanner

The battery system didn't work at all. The plug for the power kept falling out of the wall until I used a power strip and let gravity hold it in. The images were awful. I lost 80% of the detail and color on the slides. I do nature presentations using a...

Works Great!

Read all the reviews and other "problems" folks had with this product. I didn't have any of those problems and in fact the product worked as advertised. Once you get the hang of working the slides and negatives through the Image Lab, you can rock and...

Very easy to use, very disappointed outcome... The pictures are flat, 1 dimensional And poor coloring. We compared files from this scanner from the same negative scanned by a camera store

image lab

Not so good...

I really wanted this to work as I wanted something portable to scan pictures during a slow night shift; but after working with this over and over it would not produce even mediocre photo copies. I wasn't expecting great things, but it was not even...

Warning: Shock Hazard

Received my Imagelab 9 pixel unit yesterday. The Imagelab 9 scanner is so easy to operate and makes FANTASTIC pictures that download to my laptop very quickly.... As far as copying goes, it is one of the BEST.... Amazon sold it at a competitive price...

Waste of effort. Invest in a proper scanner

I couldn't return this item fast enough. On the surface the idea makes sense. Simply add a back light and snap a picture of the slide or negative. What could be easier. First off I'd say try adding some real optics and focusing capability not some toy...
