Poor quality images, Photo software almost impratical.

I was looking to replace my old HP4470c which do not work on Windows 7. I bought Ion scanner on Ebay but I rapidly lost my illusions after two days, trying all the scanning options. Blaze Photo software coming with it is impratical and minimum.

low price if you live in USA

poor resolution, lost of 25% of slide picture, overexposure dots on color pictures, very expensive duty charges 48% for a canadian buyer

Poor quality and very poor software

This is a low quality product with even poorer quality software. I work in IT so know a little about PC's. I attempted 5 times to load the software. Each time it failed and would not report the error code.
