Great Scanner, Little Slow

 

This scanner works, but it's technology glitches sometimes and it's best to restore it to factory settings when that happens. The scanning is also a little slow to ensure accuracy and bright lighting is definitely needed to go faster. As a college...

It was the most horrible experience. The box promisses that the pen will translate from 11 language pairs including German - Russian. When I installed it it comes out that it translates only from English and to English. I called their customer survice...

I wanted this product to scan over a word either newspaper, letter or book and have it translate what I scanned into Spanish, the scanner is too picky, you have to hold it just right or it won't scan, you can't move too fast, frustrating. But if you...
