Kodak i2600

The boost in speed is enough by itself to justify the difference in price. Combined with the higher capacity ADF and twice the recommended duty cycle (at 4,000 sheets per day) it makes the i2600 suitable for even heavier-duty scanning. So where the...

Fast. Duplexes (scans both sides). Comes with OCR and document management software. LCD shows profile names for one-button scanning

Some options in the driver are unnecessarily unclear

The Kodak i2600 scanner moves pages at an impressive clip, scans in duplex (both sides at the same time), and shows profile names on its LCD for easy one-button scanning.

Stop reading, just buy it

Just a fantastic piece of equipment. I'm used to printers, scanners, etc., jamming. Not this thing. I'm run countless types of paper through it (100 year old paper, or paper printed in the last year) and varying sizes and it handles them very well. As...

Consistent, high throughput; no paper jams - none; high quality scan.

This ia a great alturnative to the Fujitsu fi-6130

Fast scanning, faster than the fi-6130. We own two fi-6130s and one fi-6240. this is as fast as fujitsu's fi- 6140. Warm up time is reduced, due to no cold cathode discharge lamps. This uses LED s instead so it is more efficient. Works well with...

Product Specifications

KODAK i260 Scanner is a new world of innovation. Where a dockable flatbed accessory can be detached and put away when you're not using it. Where scanning in color or grayscale is as fast as scanning in black and white. Where loads of image processing functions come standard. And where a fast, plug-and-play IEEE-1394 (FireWire) interface speeds your images on their way. This i260 Scanner will change the way you look at desktop production scanning. The i260 Scanner delivers the fastest color scanning in its class - up to 134 images per minute - at a price you're accustomed to paying for a black-and-white-only model. And if your forms processing workload includes non-essential background objects, Kodak's electronic color dropout feature lets you easily eliminate lines and shaded boxes, making automated data extraction more accurate.
