Scanner is OK as long as you do not do too many scans one after the other. Really an occasional use scannerthat will overheat if used too much. Software is OK and must be used to insure button operation. If you scan a page here and there it sure saves...

The product worked great out of the box. Highly portable and functionally goodI got a non-sealed box. I am unsure whether it's a opened box. Highly satisfied with Buy.com service and support
