Miicrotek has put these little thin transparent plastic tabs in the ADF to help guide the papers. They are easily damaged and when they become damaged it causes the ADF to jam. They can not just send a new little tab, they can only replace the entire...

I would NOT recommend this product. We placed our original order for this product in July, by mid August the ADF was no longer functioning properly. All it would do is jam. We shipped the item back to Newegg and a new scanner was shipped to us in...
