Love it - just not its software

 

I suppose I could figure out the software but I use this scanner to produce PDFs en masse. It is super fast and easy to set up and works AMAZING with PDF Converter Pro instead of the Neat Works software.

Bad purchase

 

This was one of my worst purchases ever. I am returning it tomorrow and will buy a better one. This does not work and the needed support help is not available except by email. Do not buy this item unless you are willing to waste a lot of time!!!!!

I purchased a Neat Desk and it works beautifully. Scanned in a receipt and the software recognized that it was a receipt leaving me to hardly have to type in a thing. Next step was to store it in a file I created. Still a little on the pricey side but...
