Product Specifications

PowerSlide 3600 is the world's first slide scanner that is proprietary made to batch scan 50mm x 50 mm (scanning area is 37.5mm x 37.5mm) mounted slides. By using the slide magazine or carousel, the PowerSlide 3600 is capable of scanning up to 50-100 mounted slides at a time. PowerSlide 3600 invents a new way to make digitizing slides look there very best and in a most efficient way. With 3600 dpi optical resolution, the PowerSlide 3600 will get you as close as possible to your largest anticipated output size or even made prints from cropped portions and still with excellent quality. Its 48-bit data con version capability records 16 bits of information for each of the three colors (red, green and blue). That translates into the ability to record more than 279 trillion distinct colors! PowerSlide 3600 has a dynamic range 3.8 Dmax, accompanied by its highly color distinguishable data conversion power, is capable of accurately reading the full scale from white to black that can be recorded by film. This slide scanner is convenient equipped with the world's most popular installed USB port that is compatible for both USB 1.1 and 2.0. FireWire (IEEE1394) connection is also conveniently available and users will be benefit from its higher speed while handling high-resolution data. The PowerSlide 3600 slide scanner comes with the world-class image editing tools, Photoshop Elements, which allows you to produce high-quality images for print or Internet purposes, and to help you managing the elements of digital imaging with ease.
