The scanner works as advertised. Like most card scanning software, it will require some corrections. The webcam portion works fine too

The US support is terrible and you don't even know who to call. But the tech support from the manufacturer is 'GREAT'. The webcam function did not work at first, after e-mailing with the tech support for several weeks and the webcam finally worked

The webcam does not work at all. I try to use the WorldCard Duet with Windows Live Messenger and it hangs my machine each time when I select WorldCard Duet as the primary video camera
