Could be Better

 

I've downloaded drivers from their site and going to give that a try and hope it fixes the problems.

Easy setup on XP Gives good options for scaling down scanned images

Hit or miss when trying to install drivers on win 7 most of the time miss. Constantly have to unplug and replug device to get windows to see.

rang into customer service to sort through software usage... hope to hear soon.

easy software load

but no clear instructions on actual use. And why 4 different software programs when I just want a rolodex of the cards? not intuitive
