Transfering to PC nearly impossible

I have seen lousy products before, but this one beats them by a mile. I can live with so-so accuracy, speed, but trying to transfer scanned text to PC is like a trying to communicate with a lost satellite in the space. I cannot believe that in this age...

This pen stop working within 2 days of my purchase! I'm still having a hard time trying to get in contact with the manufactory! Do not purchase this item. It will be a waste of time and money!

It works most of the time, sometimes scanning too fast messes things up, haven't been able to test the Infra Red caperbilities yet, but i assume they work. Typing is proberbly much faster, as scanning can take a while, unless of course you cannot type...

This pen scanner works but I found out that typing is much faster and a lot more efficient. It actually delayed my work. There must be something better out there--Not happy about this product.
