The machine was built into the new house and was one of the wow factors. It stopped working after the first descaling. It took 6 weeks for the technician to come and it was a known problem. It then took another 3 weeks for the part. It then took...

Capsules get stuck. "Fault 75" on the display was common. Inflexible on number of coffees before it would stop unless it was descaled. keeps breaking down. Too long tonget fixed under warranty.
