Makes wonderful coffee, using the same coffee blend it now tastes so much better. The jug keeps coffee hot for hours.

Does take 10 to 15 minutes to make a full jug, but well worth the wait.

The look is good. I like that you can choose the strength of your coffee.

Unfortunately, the height is just a fraction of an inch too tall for where I wanted it, thus it now takes up more space in my kitchen than I had intended it to.

Shorter brew time than others, doesn't need to be turned off, vacuum jug.

The cold water container is not so convenient as the previous model as it needs to be positioned exactly and he handle is awkward
