Although there were better deals out there, I bought this model because it was made by Intel. I hope I was right to assume that it last longer than other cheaper models.

It's way faster than a hard drive, of course ; It's not too expensive

Speed!

 

This is the 1st SSD I've ever owned and I'm amazed at the difference. I discovered I needed a little more storage so I just ordered a 2nd one to stipe the 2 drives. I can't imagine the difference in speed with 2. GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UP7 3570k 2 EVGA...

Super fast ; Reliable so far ; Incredible loads and installs

Comes with Mounting Kit

 

Another user review mentioned it would be nice if Intel made it clear that they include a mounting bracket with this SSD. I' just noticed in the photo of the blue Intel box above on the bottom corner of the box below "240GB" it says "Includes Desktop...

Comes with mounting kit for installing into a desktop PC

It would be nice if Newegg stated in the description that it came with a mounting kit instead of it being in the video. I spent an additional $5 on a separate mounting kit for nothing :(

This drive replaced an OCZ SSD that had wake from sleep issues. So far this Intel is working great and I am considering picking up another

WoW, FAST

3.5 inch adapter plate is a bit short for some installations (no vibration, so 2 screws works for me) ; No cloning/imaging software provided

Crashes with Dell E6420 models

 

I bought this SSD a week ago, problem directly! I bought it for my Dell E6420. SSD not found i bios only visible in ATA mode. AHCI do not work at all ; I took the SSD and install it in my old Dell D630, everything works like a clock ; Now back again...

Excellent Drive

 

This has been an excellent replacement drive for my laptop, I have an Asus G74SX that already had a 750 GB Drive which is not what I use for storage and this Sata drive is what I use for My OS. This drive had brought my Windows rating to 7.2

Super fast. Boots Window7 in 5-10 seconds on an old Dell Inspiron Dual Core Laptop with only 4GB RAM. Well worth the money. My laptop performance rivals my eight core I7 desktop with a mechanical hard drive. This SSD is amazing
