Good Cache Drive

was completely an impulse buy to see if I could make my raid drive with my games and media on it more responsive and I think it was a good choice.

I've got the thing on my MB as a cache drive and I actually feel it was worth the $80 or whatever for it ; Simple to set up

I couldn't justify to my wife why I spent money on this

I'm a little disappointed but as soon as I pick up an mSATA to SATA adapter, I will connect it to a SATA3 port so the drive will provide the best possible performance. I didn't buy this for my DROBO but the DROBO site actually lists this drive as...

This drive has the potential to be very fast if not limited

I removed this from my MB when I found out the mSATA slot was limited to SATA2 performance. I installed it in my DROBO 5N to see if it would improve performance and the DROBO would no longer work. When I went to the DROBO website, I learned that DROBO...

It works

For the extra cost, screws really should have been included for the users that needed them. This was supposed to be a slightly faster reading and much faster writing drive than the M4 I replaced and probably is but I couldn't tell the difference....

Not DOA, compact, functions properly. Discovered that my motherboard uses a clip so no screws were required

Less material but higher cost/GB vs the SATA SSD

Good Drive

It's Mushkin:) I started using Mushkin products a few years ago when I built my first system with an SSD. I have never had an issue

Works great!

Great price. Works in a Dell mobile workstation using the mSATA slot

Mushkin rules!

Boots Windows 7 in ~12 seconds after POST.

Very fast, even on SATA 3gb/s ; Mushkin is an awesome company

Im going from a highend water cooled Desktop to a mid range Alienware laptop & knew there were going to be some cons. fortunately with the M14x R2 supporting a mSata slot (with RAID) those cons were considerably cut in 1/2. I can now run my system...

Stupid Fast ; makes a laptop more versatile

could be cheaper

Luxury item

I got this to use as a SRT drive on the back of my ASRock Z77 mini-ITX. Neither came with a mounting screw to hold it down, but fortunately I had one the right size. I'm having issues unrelated to the drive itself, but it has helped me to realize it's...

Physically tiny. Fast. Installation is virtually impossibly to mess up; much like popping in a RAM stick

Doesn't come with a mounting screw, but that may be an issue for the host device. Only 56GB formatted. A little pricey

Great way to give your compact notebook a speedy boot drive

I was initially planning to replace the 320GB 7mm (slim) 2.5" drive that came with the notebook with a 60-120GB 2.5" SSD, but when I found out I had an unpopulated mSATA slot I picked up one of these guys instead. Now I get the speed benefits of having...

Does what it says on the tin; fast, installs easily, boots great from my notebook (X220 tablet)

None so far, other than Newegg shipping it in a ridiculously large and wastefully overpacked box ;)

Speeds are Right on I benched the drive in My Dell XPS 14 (2012) and it is just a hair slower than the spec which is pretty good from what i was expecting. Bellow is my benchmarks using atto 2.46. Crystal disk mark picture will be attached to the...
